Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal and Massachusetts holidays, as well as the Friday after Thanksgiving.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Many of our products’ advertised prices on this website include free basic shipping. This generally means the basic ground parcel service provided by the U.S. Postal Service at any time. Products that offer enhanced shipping for additional charge or that require payment for any shipping charges will present relevant shipping options during the checkout process. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout for shipping options or products that require paid shipping.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please note that notwithstanding the advertised delivery time from our shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur. Cafe Jose does not guarantee delivery within a certain time for any shipping option.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
www.cafejosecoffee.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Update this section if ship to countries outside your home country.
Return and Refund Policy
Unopened items may be returned for a full refund by initiating a return request within 15 days of receipt and returning the product no later than 20 days after receipt. To initiate a return request, contact us via our contact page or email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Name on Card
- Recipient’s Name
- Items being returned
- Order number (available in your order confirmation email, packing list, or by logging in to view order history in your account)
We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number. Print this number and include it in the package that you are sending. We cannot issue refunds or credits for any products sent without a return authorization number will be rejected.
Once we received returned product we will refund that card that was used to purchase.
You are responsible for properly packaging product for return as well as for any shipping charges.
For any return requests made after the 15 day period after receipt of product and before 30 days, we will issue credit equal to the price paid in our store valid for 12 months after purchase.
We cannot accept returns of any open products or products that you received 30 days or more at the time of sending us your return authorization request.
